Well,I finally put up a fresh one..It is 3 days old. It represents me most.  although,so does the Clown   Girl you are much more beautiful than that freaky clown, although I will say he has grown on me a lil. well at least Im not scared anymore.

I put up ones that I think represent me the most. Like this pic for instance. It shows that I do drink, that I am not above cheap wine, and that it appears I can handle my alcohol. Since I generally like the pics that best represent me those are what I usually post...so most of the pics on my profile include one of my fuzzy friends. I really could care less if someone else doesn't like them...it's my page! I spend most of my time with those furry little lovable beasts and that is not gonna change for a potential mate or friend. |

I usually put up the last one I've taken, but switch around because I get bored. Many are up close because I am usually the one taking the photo...lame, I know. Not lame. I rarely have a full body pic because I take all mine myself too. I just happened to get this one because we were doing pictures at work for a press released. So I grabbed it. |

I don't have very many pictures of me by myself so the ones I have to choose from are limited. The pic I have in my profile was taken in Dec/10. I have changed some since I lost some weight, but still have same hair.
So the pics I have at the moment, I like it and it is what I had handy that is the most current. |

I change my up whenever I get a whim to do so and I do't care what others think actually...except you Atlantis.

So, do you put up a profile picture based on what others like, or the one that you like the best? Let's say you do a research and you get a good idea about which picture would be the best, even others encourage you to use that particular one. Or instead, you choose something else, because you identify yourself with it, and "to hell with what others like" , you like this one better, because when you browse the forum you don't mind seeing your profile with that picture"? I think you should represent what you associate with the most, not what others think you should, it does them the favor of not having to feel surprised down the line |

The pics I have to choose from of myself are almost a year old but not much has changed, my hair is a bit longer and I finally managed to gain a few pounds (never ever thought those words would come out of my mouth) I have a few new snow pics and an xmas pic with my folks in it that I really like. I am neither tech savvy enough to post pics from other sources or photogenic enough to have a wealth of pics to choose from. I post the ones I like, wish I had more.

I really like the one of me they have up in the post office, just trying to figure out how I can get my hands on it without getting caught!
