Think about it. yeah, and brit did 'better' than christina and the beatles did 'better' than the rolling stones there is no accounting for 'pop' culture there are also very few family values shows which 'succeed' either a rather scary trend, in my opinion its those shows with the vulgarity, gratuitous sexual inuendo, and violence which do best,,,,, its the news that is the most 'sensational' that does well also that doesnt say much about us as a society |

It depends on what you watch. Even though I am Roman Catholic, I love watching Joel Osteen, Creflo Dollar, and Kenneth Copeland. American Idol was OK when Simon Cowell was on. And, of course, there is Jeopardy.

I would speculate its because those on the left have a tendency to think for themselves and dont need someone else to form their opinions for them. Thus the need for "talking heads" spouting the party-line are unnecessary. |
