I just take it out on my Wii Game(golf or Bowling) or just take it all in stride. Life is a treasure and you only live once.
Well i can see if people love golf or bowling then thats great but i like what you said just take it all in stride in other words don't rush relax and deal each thing as it comes very good point there my friend as for you only live once no 1 knows only God know that cheers have a great night and thanks for the comments :banana: waving :thumbsup:

Just like I have when most of those things have happened just one day at a time. Honestly I try very hard not to let anything stress me out big or small........bigsmile
Well thats a great way to look at things not to try and let things not stress you out as long as you don't hold the stress way inside and it builds up cheers have a great night my friendflowerforyou waving :thumbsup:

I use the Miss Scarlett approach.
'I will think about this tomorrow..
after all, tomorrow is another day!'
well its a good way to avoid a situation and hope it resolves itself by the next day then again it can make it double the next day if it needed to be dealt with so depends on the stress cheers flowerforyou waving :thumbsup:

for me. i do something to improve my life and rid a lil stress
well thats a great way to think positive and fix small lil stressful things and improving life styles can help in certain situations with stress but what if a really big stressful thing happens then what? :smile: waving:banana: :thumbsup: flowerforyou cheers

Like say you lost your job , or had a Rotten day at work , or everything you planned went wrong ,or you in dept and so frustrated cause people keep calling and bugging you, or your car broke down,or you lost your keys,or have health problems that the doctors drive you crazy with different tests and still can't find the right answers and so on ...... How would you deal with it ? do you take it out on others but don't mean too? or do you hold it in? well if i ever get into stressful situation i use to lift weights or go for a walk or drink a few beers and feed the ducks and birds ,cause life is to short and not good to worry i know it can be really hard for some ,but never hold your stress in let it out punch a bag or pillow lift weights talk to a friend or go for a walk and always remember there is a new day ahead that can be bright as sunshine and think positive and never ever give up hope but please try not to take it out on others cause your day was bad its not their fault unless your boss that fired you lollllll kidding :)my self i think positive about life well i try to and take 1 day at a time and say maybe tomorrow will be better :)cheers waving :banana: :thumbsup:

When you lost a job - you have new opportunity ever. Just start to do what you always wanted to do. Without "maybe tomorrow", do NOW, right away!

You have some experience, you are kind of expert in given category or even an authority, so you can simply to write an ebook or a book, become a couch etc and so forth - here any limit is only YOU.
