you are what you eat right?

so why are all the good for you bad for you diet this crap still insisting that we should eat processed to be less "bad" or better yet over priced unprocessed less bad food nobody really wants to eat organic
I thought at this point it was obvious...use real food and magically you become satisfied with smaller portions (which the US may desperately need) and heres something else funny...if its bad for you and you stop doing it long enough (usually 30 days) chances are you won't like it anymore....

I'm going to enjoy my real everything....right down to my real fun sized m&ms....

lol

so what are you if you are what you eat?

I'd be rice milk, Salmon, water, and Whole Wheat Rice, with spinach and broccoli.

Just a little FYI on the organic. Any fruit or veggie with a hard skin shouldn't be considered if your trying to save a few bucks.

Avocados, Asparagus, Bananas, Kiwi etc...

I probably one day wake up with feathers and a cluck instead of a voice(laughter). I will probably be also a deep fat fryer because I use it to fry so much chicken. Can't eat much pork or sausage-Dr's orders!!!. Just me trying to be silly.

Sand, mainly. A bit of rusty nails, then wash it down with windex.

A typical Sunday meal looks like this:

Appetizer: Cement chowder with plastic bullets.
Soup: Rustic architecture books from the eighteenth century.
Main course: Baked clay, roasted priests' teeth. For veggies, steamed locomotives.
Dessert: Sand from the Sahara.

Apperitif: Coca-cola. (My doctor advises me against this drink... my wife (bless her soul) choked on it; and my children are selling their gold teeth collection to afford the habit.)

Mostly chicken and fish (when it comes to meat).

Veggies with my dinner and fruits with my breakfast.

I try to keep junk food to a minimum (I now have myself not to drink soda after 3pm).
