It would truly be a blessing to have us a man for the people and with the experience to do the job.

He may be 77, but he's in extraordinarily good health. Still jogs several miles a day. (he was a cross country runner in college)

He could win if MSM pushed him.
But, we all know they are Pro-EPLeftists and anti-American way of life.

I know, not saying i wouldn't want to see him win, but the reality is he says things that people can't handle! We are so far left at this point the thought of cutting off the gravy train effects almost every American. He beleives in true small government and many still hold on to their ssi, sdi, unemployment, welfare, public education, the list goes on! The thought of returning to what America once was is scary for people and they are unwilling to see the cost of government is times two! If they only could see that cutting this hand out crap people would have far more is beyond their will the safety net is easier! The sheer enormous American economy would thrive over night! We could be out of debt and rich within ten years! The thought of trampling on the lazy drug addicts and shiftless is impossible for most! The thought of cutting 100,000's of job's people cant relate! But if we did it this country would soar to the top! Just don't think politically you can sell it!! Too many people are selfish and only care about themselves and government hand outs are fine to cut as long as you don't cut mine! So on and on we go!

yeah, lets stop paying taxes, then the government wont be held RESPONSIBLE to do anything to invest in us at all

Id love to see americans reacting to being told they must invest part of their hard earned money in return for ,,,what? oh, security

meanwhile they can starve if there is not a job for them,,lol, lets see how long that holds up in a country full of GUN RIGHTS activists

if return to the wild west would be considered 'SOARING TO THE TOP', then Im sure thats what would happen

we pay in, we are SUPPOSED to get basic needs out,,,nothing shiftless about it

How's that workin out?

we pay in...

Congress steals the money and 'invests' it in pet projects...

we pay in...

Senate steals that money and 'invests' it in pet projects...

we pay in...

Legislation is passed that takes that payin away and gives it to someone else...

The more money that government has... the more it will spend.

As far as Ron Paul...

CPAC is a non-functioning 'fund' raising event that serves no usefull purpose...

Other than to bring foward many unqualified candidates like a gaggle of honking geese.

1) Governments don't "invest". They steal and redistribute. "Investing" entails putting one's own capital (or a voluntary participant's capital) into an investment instrument which will earn dividends at a future date. There is not one single government project that has ever created profit in real terms.
2) Jobs are not created or maintained by government, nor have they ever been.
3) There is no correlation between gun rights/GR activists and poverty. These are totally unrelated.
4) The "wild west" was in reality a very functional, lawful place. There is voluminous research to show that people who lived on the unsettled frontier lived more peacefully and had more fruitful lives than those back east. (see "The Culture of Violence in the American West: Myth versus Reality" by DiLorenzo)

Look at what the government did with social security and medicare!
These were supposed to be investments for the people and both parties pilfered it to pay for projects in their district instead of leaving it alone.

I don't trust the government any further than I can throw the buildings they work out of.
