Seems B of A and a few other big banks are being sued for their overdraft charge practices,,,
I certainly have been there before but I havent received an official notice about this lawsuit has anyone else? Im not interested in participating as they have corrected those practices and given me pretty good service otherwise,, I just thought they usually sent out notices when this type of lawsuit was filed against such a large company |

Bank of America seems to be in all kinds of legal trouble. I don't know specifically about overdraft charges. I don't think you will be notified about a class action suit until the case is settled. I may be wrongHere's the Google page on BAC's legal problems
