I had some fish and rice, thank you tazz, well in my mind I did. Fried chicken and mashed taters, corn, and milk.

A turkey and ham sandwich with cheese and tomatoe, and cottage cheese. Hello tazz, I have a question, I was wondering how do you make good fried potatoes, I fry them in vegtable oil, but they don't turn completely brown and get a bit mushy what am I doing wrong??
