I use to ride my bike around Palmdale and Landcaster. There was Mexican restaurant El T something. I liked to eat there. El Torito or El Tapatio. Both are good. Mexican food is another favorite of mine. The one that is by the Country club. Oh I think that's El Toreo.

I think that one had a M name to it.

I love Salmon patties, but fry those in the frying pan, I have a foreman grill, love to cook hamburgers on that, it drains out all the excess grease.

I really like salmon in any form. This has inserts for grilling, frying, press sandwich, has a vegetable insert that I can put water below to cook them.
