LET THE SEARCH END!!!! KNOX IS BACK!!!!!

And what a journey I've had. To the four corners of the Earth, well actually to the corner bookstore(no, not THAT kind of bookstore-let's remove our minds from the gutters, please). But, I have returned after a (not so) long absence. Thank you to all who asked, and my apologies to anyone I've worried.

But enough about me. Let's talk about you-what do YOU think about me?

OK, Jay Leno can stop worrying-I'm not after his job(Tho I wouldn't turn down his paycheck). I wanted to wait until I had a trivia question I felt was worthy of the great players here. Not just any old question would do. And, I'm proud to say:

I'VE FOUND IT!!!!!

And, without further ado:

Today's topic concerns characters appearing on a show other than their own.

1-Boss Hogg(Sorrell Brooke) and Sherrif Roscoe(James Best) from "The Dukes of Hazzard" made a guest appearance on an episode of what late 70s TV show?

2-Gilligan(Bob Denver), Mary Ann(Dawn Wells), and the Professor(Russel Johnson) from "Gilligan's Island" made a guest appearance on an episode of what late 80s TV show?

2-June Cleaver(Barbara Billingsly), Faceman(Dirk Benedict), Arnold Drummond(Gary Coleman), and the Incredible Hulk(Lou Ferrigno) made a guest appearance on an episode of what mid 80s TV show?

Told you it wasn't gonna be easy. This is NOT a trick question. All three shows were genuine shows(not talk shows or variety shows)that the characters(played by the actors who normally played them)made guest appearances on.

GOOD LUCK TO ALL!!!!

And, to be honest, it was nice to be missed. Thank you all.

To Carebear and everyone else:

To answer carebear's question:

Yes,The actors that normally played Boss and Roscoe was on the same episode playing those very characters.(A late 70s show)

The actors that normally played Gilligan, Mary Ann, and The Professor was on the same episode playing those very characters(A late 80s show)

The actors that normally played June Cleaver,Faceman, Arnold Drummond, and The Hulk was on the same episode playing those very characters(A mid 80s show)

I guess these are three seperate questions.

And, yes, I would count the Love Boat and Fantasy Island-if they were correct. They're not, sorry. Matter of fact, at this point, no one has named even one of the three shows I'm looking for.

Told you I was waiting until I came up with one worthy of you all. You've had it too easy-up to now.
