If I can add something to the Maxwell Smart question.
Hymie was the robot. Larabee was the Chief's assistant. In real life, the actor playing Larabee(Robert Karavelas)was not only an All-Army boxing champion, but he was also the real-life cousin of Don Adams(Max). |
|
|
|
OK, just so I won't feel left out, here's MY Get Smart question:
What was Don Adams' real birth name, and why did he change it to "Don Adams"? ANSWER REVEALED TOMORROW,UNLESS SOMEONE GETS IT BEFORE THEN!!! AS USUAL, GOOD LUCK TO ALL!!!! |
|

|
because he said he was tired of going last at auditions.
it was one of his wives last names and he took it for his stage name |

Ouch. Did you know on the episode of Batman that guest-starred GH and Kato, the cast pulled a prank on Burt Ward(Robin). There was a fight scene scheduled between Robin & Kato in the episobe. As a joke Adam West told ward that he(Ward) had said something that ticked Bruce Lee off, and during the scene, Lee was going to rough Ward up. Ward (who actually studied karate himself, but was nowhere near Lee's league)was understandably scared to death, and basically kissed up to Lee during the entire filming. Lee, who was in on the joke, played it for all it was worth, and actually ended up cracking up with laughter so hard when filming that scene began, they had to hold off for a while till everyone quit laughing. I think after the filming, Ward trained for a while under Lee.

It's time, ladies and gents, fer (yet) another edition of:
KNOXMAN'S TV TRIVIA KORNER(I think I'm having WAY too much fun here) Today's Question: On the show "Hogan's Heroes, I want the real names(First and last), character names(first and last) and miliary rank of the 5 prisoners. As a goodwill gesture, I'll give you one as an example: Bob Crane played Colonel Robert Hogan Of course, I'm gonna give you the easiest one. If no correct answers, I'll reveal them tomorrow. And, as a tradition here: GOOD LUCK TO ALL!!!!! |

Now it's someone else's turn to come up with a question. Everybody's welcome to come up with one. |

On the show All In The Family, George and Louse Jefferson were the Bunkers' next door neighbors until they "moved on up to the East side"(LOL). While they lived next to the Bunkers, George's brother sometimes stopped by to spar with Archie. What was George's brother's name? ( I don't know the actor's name who played him).
Also, what was the Bunker's address? |

More questions:
On the show Dragnet, what was Joe Friday's badge number? On Happy Days, what was Potsie's first name? On the 2 hour pilot for the A-Team, anothe actor played Faceman. Name him, and why didn't Dirk Benedict play Faceman in that episode? What do the shows Airwolf, Quantum Leap, Magnum P.I., and JAG have in common? Besides being 1 hour dramatic series. On the show Batman, Frank Gorshin is most famous as the villian The Riddler. However, on a 2-pare episode during the 2nd season, another actor stepped into the role. Name the actor( hint-he starred in a successful sitcom in the 60's) OK, that's enough for now. Get to work, trivia buffs. And, as per usual: GOOD LUCK TO ALL!!! |
