i like to go to Hot Sulfur Springs. there is nothing like soaking in the hot springs outside with 3 foot of snow on the ground and eagles flying over head, watching elk and moose graze, it is very relaxing to say the least.
in fact i just got back from the springs LOL |

What do you do to relieve stress?   I work on restoring one of my classic cars.  well,,when I was little,,I use to pore salt on slugs, or smash the ants, under the rugs, sometimes I'd just catch some flies, and very carefully take a pen and dot their eyes.... But now that I'm a man, I changed my ways and changed my plan. I love to go on Internet sites, and write all night about things no-one likes Like joining into a nice post, and giving the OP, a very strange TOAST....lol Cheers mate  To a REAL post that was nice to see,,,and please just forgive me.. My stress release comes in words on here in every place I can find to type,,if the subject catches my eye,,or I'm really bored and just say Hi. Write a poem, or read till my eyes hurt,,,coming on here,,releases my stress But to be real,,,I should go jog a mile,,it would help me live a bit longer,,,,lol  good one!!

I'll go for a walk if it isn't too cold. My parrot is a great stress reliever, so I'll get him out and play; good for both of us! Does you parrot talk?  Have a horrible cold or I would have responded sooner. Yes, my parrot talks; he says mama, scratch my head and I've heard him only one time say goodmorning. He's a Senegal parrot and not a big talker but as far as parrots go, his breed is the quietest. |
