I'm sure he could be persuaded too, but along with hearing they're all sticky - I've also heard he's using them for some perverted purpose. Yeah, the puppies are some kind of 'special' ingredient for some kind of skeezer attracting machine.
I not sure how, or even if it works, but word on the street is that the puppies wont be up for adoption until the process is complete.
