I just love digging my truck out of a four foot snowbank and scrapping an inch of ice off of my windshield at five a.m. when it's ten below. What's not to like about winter? I'm to short to reach the windshield.

I like to take my walks at night during or right after a snow Beautiful quiet. I love it!!

Another really good thing about winter is NO bugs!!! No mosquitoes, no deer flies, no constantly removing bug corpse remains from your windshield.
My daughter is highly allergic to bee stings so winter is the only time I'm not constantly stressed out about that possibility. |

It is snowing here again. Going to be a white Christmas I do believe. Kind of don't like that part with so many families traveling... |

This is true for me also. I like to walk in the quite darkness down the street to the beach and see the patterns the tides leave in the snow. Some of them are amazing in their shapes and details. |

shoot Im from California, we dont have weather changes. Winter is summer, summer is winter, it was 80 today and all this week. almost jumped in the pool today, but had too many errands. Damn am I jealous. I had to shovel my walk again at -17 weather; after having to clear off my car, scrape my windshields, and avoiding the terrible drivers. Not to mention the Gas companies overcharging us to heat our homes. Also going to work when its dark and coming home when its dark. Yuk It truly is depressing.
