Nothing, really. My ex and I were best friends; it took us a few years to realize it, but we missed the friendship and that fact that no one knows either one of us like the other does. So we forgave the mistakes of the past and we're close friends again.
What I do miss in general is companionship, sex with one special person (instead of no one) and the giving and receiving of love. I hope I'll find those things again. |

Me and my x have forgiven each other too
 and are now friends and enjoying grand kids together makes it better for the kids that is for sure.
 after thinking what I wrote I can't say he has forgiven me for I left him and that was a sore spot for along time. But we get along in front of the kids maybe that is a better way to put it

the efforts(calls,texts,emails), his naughtiness and talkativeness, the way he used to spoiled me, the flowers, when he carry me to the bedroom door and we both jump into the bed, when he edited our pictures and make it his wall paper in his computer, how he told his friends about me to make them envy him, when he tells me his plan for our future and most of all how he surprises me.... I miss that all!
