They're not being optimistic at all.

Almost wish it hadn't been found; it has an elusive nature.

some remarkable come backs from both
diagnoses so - don't lose hope - don't

Knowledge should be like a fine wine.
And treated like a gold mine.
For one can never have too much.
All should reach out and clutch.
Take a firm hold.
Treat it as if it was gold.
Soak it all of it in.
Retain it within.
It is there for all to read.
And help one to exceed.
Knowledge is there for each.
