That sounds like my late mum. She died in 2007, but had Alzhiemers Dementia. At various times I was her father, brother, husband and that man who comes to visit. I don't think she ever cottoned on to me as her son I want to put the Twilight Zone theme song for my ring tone on my cell phone. But then Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap would apply as well. So its a toss up.

I came in, sdtumbled over the blasted cat, found the lights. A bit of searching & found no-one. I've left the night-lite on, and gone home again
