and i don't know if i could eat a fish taco,,,, just doesn't sound right to me. but, they are good i take it? I moved to Oregon and tasted my first fish taco. You really don't taste the fish much, you taste the lime and onions and tomato and sauces, so you might even think it chicken but for the lightness. They do bread the fish, I don't like that part, so I make my own and marinate some sole, then fry it. |

Now, what I do is take some fresh sewer trout and wrap it in bologna. Microwave for three minutes - Flash freeze, and serve. Mmm, delicious.
