The secret? My parents grew up in Mexico.
Corn tortillas fried in corn oil, and lime. Lots of lime, all over the vegetables. Fresh salsa, not the sweet stuff. The chunky flavoury ones. Dash of salt and a bit of cream over the top. I'm a legend. No one can resist my tacos.

Yea I got a kinda weird backgroud. Mom's side were Dutch way back into Viking days and some French and German, Dad's got Russian and German and native Mexican.
So I'm a Mennonite Who lives in Canada but was born in Texas.
And I lived in England. I feel like I'm collecting places. |
