give a damn.
do guys really care about make up. or would they be fine if she didn't wear any. i think make up is more important for the girl than the guy. but i suppose it's different for everyone. |

If it makes you feel more confident, then go for it. If you feel you dont need it, then thats good to go as well. Just dont use to much. Too much makes it look like a clown or that your hiding something.

Less is better unless you are working a corner somewhere.

i prefer girls without as you can see what they really look like. and real beauty lies within the beholders eyes

I actually think there are girls, perhaps a majority even that look better without makeup then they do with it. I think society puts that pressure on girls more then they really need it.

If the consensus in here is true, then
women should not be held to the beauty standards of those HEAVILY made up. |

If the consensus in here is true, then women should not be held to the beauty standards of those HEAVILY made up. They really shouldn't, nor the body standards of said made up people either. It's not really fair, cause a lot of that isn't exactly real, yet women are being asked to uphold something they can't realistically. I would also add, that too much makeup tends to make one look silly and clown like anyway. |

you can blame it on "society."
but guess what. you're a part of society. i would like to believe that most guys prefer girls without make up. but i can guaranteeeeeeeee you that if you were to place two girls in front of him, equally as pretty, one with and one without make up, he'd choose the one with. |

If that was the case, and he did that without even getting to know the other girl, then I'd venture to say he was rather shallow anyway to start with. |
|
|

well you can call everyone shallow then because we all judge.
if you're not attracted to someone you probably don't want to start talking to them. you should be instantly physically attracted to someone you want a relationship with. but lets say both of them were just as interesting and bla bla bla. i'm sure he'd still take the one with make up. |

Do we all judge? Perhaps, but the good people will go past just appearances I'd think in deciding if someone is for them or not. But that's just me.

maybe i'm weird,
but i honestly believe you need lust before anything else. even if you don't act on it. it hasss to be there. |

You dont know me....so you dont know what I'd choose.
I'm sensing some frustration here. Are you tired of wearing make-up? |

haha.
i actually did post this while putting on make up. i wouldn't say i'm tired of it, i just started asking myself why i wear it. i'm not even going out. i'm staying in. but i still put it on. i guess i've just gotten so used to it, it's like wearing clothes or something. |

See now...so your train of thought is just like what you think what most guys think. If your putting on make-up and are not even going out, doesnt that make you believe that you find yourself more attractive with make-up then without?
