if there truly is a god, why would he create so many different types and sizes of people, and then make people racist? does that make any since?

Just another example of the rationalizations magic thinking leads to. Trust me they can just imagine plenty of reasons for god to make "lesser" races, it need not be rational, or have any basis in fact. After all, they are just making **** up.

The types and sizes and colors make everything more fun. I mean how much more fun is it to have penguins AND giraffes? Variety is the best! It makes things so much more interesting. And people aren't "made" racist. They become racist through fear. It is a puzzle how so many religious people are so racist though because: 1. Didn't god make all people "in his image", "perfect" etc. in most religions? So how come so many religious folks seem to fear people that look a little different? God made them all... 2. Why are so many religious people so afraid? Isn't their religion supposed to be a comfort to them and keep them from fearing death and the future? In which case they should be the last to succumb to the fear that is the root of racism. Alas I have seen more racism in the name of one god or another or by his followers than by non-believers... Sigh.

I don't have a cite for this (sorry), but according to some studies racism appears to be a genetically natural trait, and it's only mankind's reason and intellect which allows some of us to overcome it.

Ask yourself this could Noah and his 3 sons along with his wife and their wives actually have created all the different types of races and place them all over the world by themselves after the great flood from God?....the realistic answer is no.Especially since the ark got stuck on a mountain.

I'm not originally from Kentucky and where I come from noone was racist when I was growing up. All the politics on T.V. now makes people racist, plus the Republicans (the great party of no) is so against Pres. Obama because of his skin color that it's not even funny!
