would you let your daughter wear thongs or g-strings if there really young, No, but if I had a daughter, I would hope that my wife would explain to her that it would be inappropriate to wear such things. |

no thong, no body art and no piercing untill you can sign for it is my motto. I don't think any of this is bad if you are old enough to know about the repercussions that come with some of this

My ygst daughter is 15, wears 'normal' underwear. the question of thongs never been asked or even considered. would i let her wear them? up to her at her age.

Well I guess our home isnt completely normal as everything is discussed and there are not really many rules. My eldest daughter is 21 and the youngest is 13.
I wouldnt have a problem if the youngest asked to , but she is disgusted bythem , where her older sister only wears them, but i guess because, the younger one has grown up around them if she wanted to I wouldnt have a problem. |

Thankfully I don't think I'll have to worry about this with my daughter, she doesn't even want to earrings..
And when it comes down to it, it's not my business how someone else raises their own child. Normally though, if you tell a child that they can't do something, then most likely that's what they will do.. :) |

Normally though, if you tell a child that they can't do something, then most likely that's what they will do.. :) with the exception of those 'children' who hold jobs, if you tell them what they CANT have, they wont get it, as long as you are strong enough to stand behind what you say and not purchase it for them if the urge is strong enough that they would 'borrow' someone elses thohg,,than there are deeper issues which need resolving,,lol |

i certainly would...thongs are ten times more comfortable than other forms of underwear...
i buy a selection of underwear types. they wear what makes them comfortable, should they choose to wear any at all. i'm more concerned with the clothing others can actually see... |
