would you let your daughter wear thongs or g-strings if there really young, no, but in our home there are no piercings or body art allowed until one is grown and out of our home,,,, it sends a poor message in my opinion and attracts the wrong types of people to them,,,, once they are grown (self sufficient) it is their choice to make, but in my home it doesnt fly,,, |

a few years from now i am sure that girl is going to be in drugs or sex who knows what is wrong wearing thongs... my grandkids wear them and my daughter has always worn thongs. as for the g-string.. that they dont im guessing you think that if they wear thongs they could or should be in drugs.......LOL!!! i dont think so i also have a friend of mine that used to wear thongs all the time she comfortable wearing them |

i started to wear them when i turn 11 and i had to beg oops it went in 2times thongs is a thing its nothing wrong wearing them i used to wear them all the time... you must had been brought up thinking thongs were bad (thongs is not a dang freaken drug |

i had to ask several people what the deal with wearing thongs
and they said something to do with skimpy under wear well you know you should had explain yourself better for i have never heard that expression only knowing a thong to be dang slip on shoes

I think the problem is the sexualization and indoctrination of consumerism of the young...first it was teenagers (13 and over), who were targeted because they had money to spend..now a whole new market of possible consumers have been discovered..the "tweens", (they have even been given their own category)...
used to be when you were 12, you were 12...the biggest deal was a training bra if you sprouted young...times sure have changed...

i mean i don't have a problem with it at all, i was just surprize by it that is all, i am sure elena would want to soon if any of her friends wear them,

i say no way to short shorts, short skirts, or half tops when girls are not in college. I once saw a girl in 2nd grade with acrylics on, I could have died. what kind of a message is that???

Thongs are underwear..I think you are talking about flip-flops.
I think thongs should be for older girls...like in high school. I think some parents just don't control their daughter in the early stages BUT that doesn't mean that she will be into drugs...that is kind of assuming things way to much!! I think parents want to be friends with their daughters instead of being a role model...one day, they will be sorry!! |
