Ive been getting horrible cramps in my legs at night. I know its your
body's way of telling you , you're lacking something...but I forgot
what...

Do you need to eat more bananas (potasium)?

Was it drink more milk?

Eat bananas and drink lots of water. If they don't go away, see your
physician. If they are bad, see a physician soon. This is just my
opinion, take it with a grain of salt.

It can also be caused by dehydration. Drink lots of water, it's good
for you.

potassium is the key if that does not help as your doctor about restless
leg syndrome.

also good for immediate temporary relief. if your getting the cramp in
your calfs. sit us straight with your legs in front of you and your toes
poined up. now pull your toes toward you and stretch the muscle as far
as you COMFORTABLY can. i use to get leg and foot cramps awful during
my pregnancies and this helped me out a lot.

Its like right in my calves muscles...dang, wheres a nano when I need
one!
