I just joined a new yoga class - finally found one and I just joined a body combat class (martial arts to music - that's a first - never done the moves to music B4) well yes, in Tai Chi we used music but not techno now you are gonna have to change your screen name to.... Badassgirl

I was offered a sports scholarship to a US college but turned it down, went to another college and played another sport.

That's interesting. I'm into Martial Arts too, but I've never heard of it. I hope you'd share your experiences. :)
