I shaved my head a few years back....and ALMOST did it again a month ago....the dreads came off...(summer is coming, and 'zero maintenance, walk out of the surf and shake head hairdo'...is the maximimum I want to do)...but my yougest begged me to use scissors instead of the clippers... Bald on a woman is the greatest thing...we are conditioned to believe our beauty is wrapped up in hair, makeup, clothes...it isn't....I thoroughly recommend bald...it's so freakin liberating! I know when one of our gorgeous regular posters went through cancer treatment and lost her hair....she posted a pic of her darling bald head....and she was off the reichter in drop dead sexiness...(she was and is already one fine looking woman)... I lurve people who are bold enough to step out and 'expose' themselves...(not hide behind their hair... |
