I was in a long distance relationship for two years and from one day to the next it was over, he dropped me like a log, via email. And his reasoning was, I was complaining too much that He did not call me often enough. Although I would call him but he would never return my phone calls.
Well yes, I was complaining because it was over a month that I had not spoken to him on the telephone and the only means of communication he was responding to was emails. His defense was he was very busy and it was just bad timing.
Am I wrong thinking after all this invested time something must be up and he is totally a coward not being man enough to call me and being honest with me??

by long distance I mean we did not live near by, we lived about 5 1/2 hours away from each other.
And it this is just recent....

i understand that, you used the word "was" which to me is past tense. what i'm saying is that you are better off being alone and having the option of finding the right person than hanging around for the wrong person.

I think you are correct on all points you make above. I am sorry this happened to you.

about him...
However, it does seem as if
you both have different wants/needs
in regard to the phone time...

If you have to "argue" for it, I
doubt that it's going to change
his mind on it... just different styles.

It's only wasted time if you don't

Well just so you know at the begining we could of spoken for hours on end almost on a daily basis,,,,but if it was more than a month without a phone call, I think it means you do not care...

odds are 10 to 1 he found someone else. sorry.
