why do people allow room for there to be a "this" time? how many is enough for one to get the hint? Sometimes until you have hard evidence, you give the person the benefit of the doubt. I always remember a quote from an Oprah show ... "The first time a man shows you who he is, believe him." I'm sorry my luv .. you are a beautiful & smart woman .. his loss completely!!!

I am sorry it didn't work out. Just having friends is so much easier than trying to have a relationship. I just don't think some people realize how hard it is to be a friend and to have a friend to be friendly with. To me if you don't have friendship then you really don't have a relationship.

ummmm ... Is this residual ex-boyfriend from our conversation a few weeks ago or is this "I gave him another chance and he screwed me over again ex-boyfriend"? It is hard, I know. We want to believe their words because we love them but the actions are usually more believable even though we will try to logic them away. |

I am so sorry to hear things didn't work out T. I was recently disappointed myself and know the emotion you are feeling right now. I really don't think there is a name for it...but it is still there, just the same. I am sending big hugs your way and pray that you have the faith and love for yourself to know that you deserve so much better. We all love you here and want what is only the best for you.

Ohh..you're not done. He is done. Tanya, I have pretty tough standards for folks and I agree with Atlantis you are far from done. A top notch woman like yourself will be found by a great guy now you have kicked this looser to the curb. He should be glad I don't know where he is 'cuz we would BBQ his behind and serve him with green fried tomatoes and toast your birthday with a grin on our faces where I am from. J/K lol but you get the idea. Hang in there! |
