I was just reading another thread and someone mentioned they do video calls with their boyfriends they met here and are in a LDR with!!!
im wondering.... do you minglers on here skype with one another? that is a cool idea and id love it!!!! thats a good way of gettin to know each other!! Very cool I think!!! Skype me.......after I do my makeup please hahah

LOL...I had installed skype and I didn't realize how it activated my camera upon answering a video chat from a friend. Let's just say I wasn't "camera ready"...I had to end up making up a story knocking off my webcam behind the desk until I got dressed. She still got a few frames of me with my morning hair and being in nothing but an underwear. |

Im wondering with all the people who say they love their friends on here...are they skyping with them...if not...why???
Are the pics they put up not really them? Are they hiding behind personas...ya just might see the "real them" (frightning thought) id think with all the close bonds people have on these social sites Skype would be somthing sent from heaven I thought Id reach out to everyone on this site--real or not--and maybe form some"real time" bonds ya know God what a troublemaker I am!!!

the video thing is great...
I am really shocked that noone from here is saying they use it to finish the bond of love with their internet friends though.... I mean it really surprises me!!

I'll skype with anyone...actually I used to talk to through windows live messenger with a girl for several weeks, off from mingle2...she isn't here anymore. |

Its a great way to meet people I think..ya just sit and talk...so much better than sitting and typing....typing and phone is ok i guess...but to see them is totaly great.... Wish they would invent touch-a-phone geez what I could do....

Skype is like being in person. I love online because I can IM in my jammies. That's not happening with someone I care about .. not yet anyway.
so ya.. no thanks. Not for a guy anyway LOL

ya just have to make sure you are "skype ready"
thats the #1 rule for women...ya can also do voice only...like a reg phone but after awhile...and your really good friends...nobody cares I have a coupla friends who see me when im waaaaaaay bad...like after a hot night...but we laugh...its skype love!!!! It just that with typing...I cant see the facial expressions..the body language..the beautiful faces...
