If I had discipline I would get up and do the things I have put off till today. Tomorrow I have the things I need to do from Saturday.

Getting there. Good morning, Carol. The room has three doors on it. The door between the house and the room is installed. The room could be considered almost a cellar since there is almost a six foot drop in height. Have seven stairs leading down to it. House was built on a slope. At one time mom had to have two dump trucks of dirt hauled in to get the house becoming a mobile home since the house was slipping on its foundation. The door between the outside and room is installed. The third door for a separate bathroom is hanging but needs the striker plate and board that is connected to. It is all insulated except for one four foot section that I have a junction box for electrical going to what will be the bathroom. I have to connect a wire from there to the outside of the new room to the bathroom that is not constructed, yet. One wall next to the house is boarded up. I have to board up the other three walls and ceiling. The roof is done and I have tar paper on the outside. I have plenty of electrical plug ins.

I have two projects going; The new room and the restoration on the van; The wheel bearing on the passenger side front in went out this time. Yep. I am back to work on the money pit. It is almost like a Clairol commercial because only my mechanic knows for sure when it will be done.

And your putting a new bathroom in that should be fun

Yeah. Because that is another six foot drop there, too. I have these two 12 foot 4 by 4's that I will be concreting in so it will be like the room will be on stilts. I have the cold and hot water side valved off the where the bathroom will be. Friends have helped me so much in the construction. I am really a good beggar. I first learned this when I used to be a fund raiser for Saint Anne Elizabeth Seton house for the mentally challenge. Guilt tripping can be considered an art if used wisely for people who have money/stuff and for those that need money/stuff.
