Got an initial email the other day from this guy who asked if we could get to know each other better. I responded with "what do you want to know?" Simple, easy. Or so I thought...
I just received an email back that included this opening statement: "Its nice hearing from you, why are you on here? Are you ready to love, trust and share? Its good to see a woman who is not ready for games because life is too short for all that."  Say whaaaaaaaaaaat???? Of course I wrote back stating his email was concerning to me .. just because a woman may not be ready to get serious does NOT a game player make her ....   Thoughts??? Are there people who really believe 'game playing' is anyone's charge who doesn't want to jump into serious relationship immediately. Isn't that what sights like this are for. Get to know a lot of different people and then by process of ELIMINATION find the one for you??? |

the best relationships are the ones U start out as friends and then see where it goes!!! Im a firm believer in becoming friends first and then let things take their natural course!!

I think these site are different things to different people.
Some come here and build a strong community of friends and "other" relationships. Some come here (specifically) not wanting to build an internet life-style... More like find a spouse and get out. Many come in just to see what it's all about and learn as they go... making mistakes along the way. Such is life anywhere... The difficult thing, imho, is when one group sees the others as being wrong or game-players. But again... that's common in life too. |

I just meant "in general" not you in particular sweetheart You may be pretty chill but I would have asked for an explanation? It's a well known fact... women receive 100X more mail than men... It's just easier for them to sit back and receive initial contacts and judge first impressions... sometimes shooting down a decent brother could have a negative impact on the sender and ultimately deny the receiver a possible match... JMHO |

This chick emailed me about three weeks ago with the following..... "Goof! I think you are hot. I want to feel you inside of me." It was something like that. Anyways, I mean...no "Hello", or "Hi. My name is psycho chick". Just came right out and stated that. I was sooo horrified. Ok, so I wasn't horriefied. I was like "Awwww. My first sex related, treat me like a piece of meat" email. I was so flattered. I am now complete.
