What school is this booklet being read in? The Bible is not illegal in schools. My child could take one every day and read it on her own time if she wanted. She could sit on school property, read it, memorize it and recite it every free minute she has.

Teachers are not allowed to read the Bible to our children in school. Thank goodness. And, I am sure they are not going to be allowed to read the child molestation book either. I'd also bet that if any child or teacher was found with a copy of it at school there would be an investigation. There would not be such an investigation if they were in possession of a Bible.

On one hand, Libs believe it's ok for one group to worship it and bad for another to practice it.

A 170-page manual explaining step by step how to molest children which police in Orange County, Fla., believe has been circulating there for months, is not illegal. Investigators have stated that they still want to know where it came from.

"I've never seen anything like it. It was pretty amazing when I first saw it just because how detailed it was," Orange County Sheriff's Office Det. Philip Graves told ABC News Orlando, Fla., affiliate WFTV.

The manual, which was apparently written by someone who calls himself "the mule," is a how-to of child molestation, even explaining where and how to find potential victims, the station reported.

"I was more amazed that someone would be as bold as to create an actual 170-page document that would detail how to do it," he said.
Among the many disturbing topics covered in the book is how to convince a victimized child not to tell his or her parents.

"People who are engaged in the exploitation of children are talking about these things, and how to avoid law enforcement," Seminole County Sheriff's Office Sgt. Dan Purcell told TV station WESH-TV in Orlando.

Deputies with the sheriff's sexual offender surveillance squad have been aware of the manual for the past six months, Graves told WFTV.

The sheriff's office received it through an e-mail listserve, he said.

"We personally haven't worked a case on it, but it has been located within our region," Graves said.

Graves told WFTV that it is not a crime in Orange County to send the manual by e-mail or to possess it, but local and federal investigators are trying to track down where the manual initially came from.

Deputies believe whoever is responsible may have committed crimes against children.[size]

The book is illegal. I don't care about freedom of speech defenders on this issue, this infrindges on the rights of others, defenceless children. I guarantee the police are saying it's not illegal to bring this guy out into the open and catch his a$$.

Actually the The Anarchist Cookbook is illegal to posess here and in the UK and have been many arrests for posessing it. It was also forced out of print. Not to mention it is now finding it's way into Muslim Terrorists hands.

It is a book that contains instructions for the manufacture of explosives, rudimentary telecommunications phreaking devices, and other items and subjects including the taking of someone's life.

So yes it is illegal to write manuels how to molest children, kill people, make bombs, kill people.

Not to mention I am going to find a couple articles on this situation on the internet here and print them out and personally takt them to Congressman Deal Heller's (R-NV) house, since he is my neighbor and give it to him personally and ask him to look into it.

Maybe he can author a bill to make something like this illegal, as a federal crime!

aint your constitution grand??...those books may have been banned on moral high ground, and even censored by the previous administration but constitutionally it is not Ilegal to print or purchase such books...as distasteful as it may seem. I cant find any law against owning ANY kind of book except child porn,,care to point me in the direction which you found such a law?

police officers are not law students, has he actually had OCCASION to arrest someone for owning a book?
