They are doing this in Europe at many places (replacing the lights with round abouts) and works a lot better and teaches people courtesy:  Once you get used to it, it's a lot better and you wish it would be instead of traffic lights. |

Pink is a very calming color.
And round-a-bouts suck. They are building them here and one has four times as many wrecks as the intersection it replaced. |

They're building round-a-bouts around Michigan and there are way more accidents. It's always funny to see the guys drunk enough to just drive through them when there's too much traffic.
Seriously. I've seen it happen and it's hilarious. |

ah ... but the accidents are minor in comparrison to the accidents from the intersections that were replaced.
they have done it here too. as for purple .... sorry bud ... its already in use ... well blue which is so close to purple nobody would be able to tell the difference. blue lights mean ... slow moving vehicle ... they are on snow plows and the cops have now added them to the flashing lights on cruise ======================= as for the road rage ... don't think that would help anyways manditory valium might. |

Our little country round abouts are called squares in Trenton-and yes it is so funny watching drunks or tourists going the wrong way!! Everyone is so use to it-we just sit and watch! Purple is not a good color to get attention-I say use mauve-it is soothing!

They are putting those in here in my city. I love em! I have already thought of an invention for this. Anyone enters, there is this electronic guidance that takes over the controls and get you through whichever way you wanna go. Now I let it out...someone is gonna make millions..

I have been in a couple round-abouts in Michigan. I don't mind them is it's a lower traffic area. But I do not like them in high traffic areas, because people do not have common courtesy in driving in Michigan.
