sorry but i believe my ex owes his son child support .it isnt pay for being a mother,its food,shelter etc.I will agree I never should have married but it sounded good at the time..

why havent you filed a parenting plan? Check into one in your area. I wouldnt be tolerating this. Wait...i am the mom who just went thru CUSTODY BATTLE #5. He lost of course. FIVE TIMES. HE filed that "parenting plan" and now wont COMPLY with it. HA HA HA HA!! I am preparing contempt charges with my attorney. Get an attorney and get your son. Your saying this ex *COUGH...SPEW....YACK....ALLEGED DECENT DAD* has NO STABLE HOME OF HIS OWN? is DATING A MARRIED WOMAN and most likely having SEX with her in the same home as YOUR CHILD??? and has this MARRIED WOMAN CALLING YOU REGARDING YOUR CHILD???
