so, I can VOLUNTEER DNA, or I can get an attorney, but attorneys usually indicate guilt?

thats interesting theory considering all the people with attorneys who have cases dismissed, or plead out, or who are found INNOCENT...

You are twisting words.

I said, cops believe, if you request an attorney, you must have something to hide.

Never the less, they will still have your DNA and don't have to give it back.

That was part of my statement, as well.

ok, I have no problem with it, they can fingerprint or DNA , at that point I probably should have an attorney anyway, and they arent gonna fingerprint or DNA without LEGAL cause,....

Their idea of legal cause is "detention on grounds of suspicion."

You get put in jail just for detention, you are fingerprinted.

You don't even have to be charged, just being a suspect can get you fingerprinted and DNAed.

What part don't you comprehend?

the op was referring to laws pertaining to ARRESTS

I understood the previous post perfectly

I stated that I have no problem with it

in any situtaion where they already had the right to fingerprint, I dont care that they obtain DNA,,,if its gone as far as fingerprinting I probably need an attoreey anyhow

Obama told Walsh that he supports the position of the federal government and the 18 states that have passed laws requiring the collection of DNA samples from all people arrested for anything from a felony to a misdemeanor

unless someone can find these 18 states which have supported randomly collecting DNA from anyone thats 'questioned',

Hussein was the one who said the 18 State thing.

Wonder if it's one of the 58 States he visited?rofl rofl

The OP may have referred to 'laws pertaining to ARRESTS', but Obama sure wasn't. He could care less about 'legal technicalities'. What is so difficult to understand about the fact that he simply wants to destroy everything that ever made this country great? ... including our legal system and our RIGHTS ... ? Remember, he sees the Constitution as a 'charter of negative freedoms' ... you forget that at your own risk. DNA collection is just one more tool that expands his control.

where is the quote from OBama,,,which would show what he referred to instead of an authors interpretation of what he 'meant'? or the quote of him calling the constitution explicitly and exclusively a 'charter of negative freedoms'?

isnt it the legal system that implemented the laws in question which he SUPPORTS?

more accusation and propoganda with little backing facts or history

Where you need the attorney is before pictures and fingerprints.

I do need to apologize.

One of the main points of all this is, Bush made it reality. Hussein is just supporting it.

I had no idea you were such a Bush proponent. My condolences.

Personally, I cared not for the Bushes and the elitists agenda for our Nation. Or those who will pay to pick up the torch.
