Notice the emphasis on "civilian service"??...this is Oblowme's public civilian army that he wants to install in place in society.
This is the civilian army that will pit Americans against each other for the purpose of furthering the far-left socialist agenda and silencing those who oppose the tyrannical Federal Government. Divide and Conquer is the time proven method of socialists/communists and dictators. |

There's no 'if' about it ... after they have their collectivist assses handed to 'em in November, they're gonna be SOME kinda pisssed, and passing this will be just one MORE way they'll take it out on the people who took away their Power / Money / Control ... this isn't just some idle exercise for these traitorous bastids - they're dead serious about establishing a totalitarian society with THEIR 'civilian defense force that's just as well-armed as the military' - remember that speech ... ? He - AND they - are dead serious. Underestimate 'em at your own risk. These are Communists we're dealing with - not Americans.

ya know, I was kind of pissed too when I learned that my son HAD to register with the selective service to receive any financial aid for his education,,,,,,so now they are expanding it to include females,,,
well, we pay taxes, and the money isnt fixing things, might not be a bad thing for all of us to get off our collective behinds and get into ACTION doing some type of service for the nation we always expect so much from,,,,nothing is free,,,and nothing worth having comes without some work,, |
|
|
|
The problem is, "we" would'nt be doing it for the nation. "We" would be doing it for the liberal/socialist party. They would be calling the shots, and we would be taking orders.
Not gonna happen. |
|
|
|
I guess it is yet to be seen, I envision more of an option between the many different organizations which could be considered national service than an individually mandated assignment for each american...

Funny how all the Liberal / Progressive / Socialist types who were so up in arms protesting the DRAFT 'back in the day' as 'RAYciss!' and 'illegitimate' and 'preferential' and any other term they thought would stick to the public urinal wall aren't protesting the creation of A PRIVATE CIVILIAN ARMY in the same mold as the ones y' saw demonstrated before the world by the robotic children marching in lockstep singing the praises of Dear Comrade Leader during the Beijing Olympics - or anytime Kim Jong Il appears at a May Day celebration ... Next come the 'Loyalty Oath's - the most famous of which was "Meine Ehre Heisst Treue" engrailled on the blade of a dagger ...

I happen to support our troops - but no, I do NOT support the Communist-In-Chief from whom they are legally obligated to receive orders, no matter how odious or agenda-driven. Perhaps you'll be so kind as to point out the illogic of your reasoning, 'cuz if I can send 'wrong signals' to both our own troops AND 'enemies' (please clarify that term), I'm pretty damned good ... matter of fact, if I can do 'doublespeak' that well, I'm even better than 'The UN" when it comes to usin' that fancy 'NeuroLinguistic Programming' stuff, so daaaaaang, I'm all proud of me now. |

I be danged.
Oblowme got one of his promises through and a tax evader did it for him. ![]() Now, it will be time for those who, by signature, swore Loyalty to "him", to put up and be the examples. Offer up your sons and daughters to your leader. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Wonder how that's gonna' work? When I enlisted into the Army, I picked what job I'd like to be assigned to and where I'd like to be stationed doing that job. Then they gave us a qualification examination. I saw many inductees be told they didn't qualify for or those positions were filled, in what they wanted to do. They were assigned to a different job. (Assignment isn't a choice.) Draftees had no choice. They got what the Military thought they qualified in. I asked to be stationed near my hometown. I got Germany. I challenge ya'll to prove me wrong; I'll bet, once those 18 ta' 42 year olds sign the mandated "volunteerism" contracts, they will belong to the Reich and not have much say in what they do or where they do it. To be color blind they will need to dress alike. Sound unrealistic? Just wait. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

as usual, for BALANCE, I recommend people look up the bill and read it in its entirety.
It is, in effect, not much different from the SELECTIVE SERVICE that already exists except that it now includes females. They wont be inducting into the military people who are unfit(most of americans,,lol), those pursuing hs diplomas conscientious objectors etc,,,, and the limit for such service is two years,,,, there is plenty there to read,,,and most likely will be addressed at some point by the President,, just like Arizona addressed the fear surrounding their immigration bill... |

As usual, the main point is missed: We ALREADY HAVE A MILITARY. We do NOT need his 'Civilian Defence Force' - or whatever name he attaches to it. This is the foundation of a PERSONAL ARMY. WHY do these people need WEAPONS ... ? Only a MILITARY force needs weapons. What TYPE of weapons will he arm them with? Will they have tanks? Trust is NOT something I extend to this little Communist. |

msharmony, you are all in support of this, right?? as stated in a previous post, I see it as the same thing as selective service and I was initially opposed to the idea that my son had to register in principle, Im antiviolence so I dont think ANYONE should have to serve,, but in fairness, if males have to, I think its fair for women to as well so on the military part, I am torn,, on the civilian(community) service, I am actually pretty psyched though,,, it will be nice to have a more socially active America,, requiring americans to spend two years doing something that doesnt have some direct benefit for THEM and helps others couldnt be a bad thing,,,,in my opinion... I did the same with my kids having them go to shelters to help and things like that. ..I think its easy for people to get detached from and numb to the world around them,,,,,,,when they dont bother to reach out beyond their own need,,, |

in a civilian capacity that, as determined by the President, promotes the national defense, including national or community service and service related to homeland security.
Bein's Hussein ain't securin' th' border, I would dare to say, those placed in HS will be searching out good folks who disagree with him. |
