Always aroma baths ... Preferably first and last thing ...
Sometimes in between for a pick me up, and/or pain killer w/ epsom salts ... (I've had alotta injuries) I'm aquarian, TOTAL water baby ... Even sleep w/ the sound of rain! Water IS my happy place ...

I prefer to shower in the morning so I know I'm fresh all day. Of course, if I do an evening work out, I take my shower before I turn in for the night.

I am good with the French Whore bath. Wash rag with a little dampness to scrape off some of the clamminess, a quick spritz of Hia Karate and I am golden Baby.

Shower in the morning and after a bike ride. I started having navy showers a few months ago where you get wet, turn off the nozzle on the shower head, lather up, turn the water on again to rinse.
I managed even to take the fun out of a shower. |

It all depends I prefer that morning shower to wake me up. Have been known to do both. Really all depends if I've gotten hot and sweaty during the day which since I live in Texas it normally happens. But I prefer a shower unless I'm doing the bubble bath with candles and a glass of wine...........
