I'm getting pop-ups from zedo.com, but nothing is being detected. Anyone know how to get rid of this? I'm finding some stuff online, but still looking. If you know how to get rid of this, please share.

Looks interesting. I'll check it out thanks. Does it slow down your computer much?

I tried the pchell.com help, but I don't have any of the files on my computer that it says to delete.

I went to zedo.com to opt-out, but they even say that won't help.

Not sure, but I'm getting the same pop-ups here too. Can't find a source on my machine, so I'm not entirely sure.

Yeah, it's weird. I blocked zedo.com, and set my pop-up blocker settings to high. So, far it seems to be working, but I'm still not sure about it.

Try AVG anti virus, there is a free version of it.

They are an ad serving website, with annoying pop-ups that you can't get rid of.

I think I got rid of them for now though.

Here's what I did, which seems to be working. I set my pop-up blocker to block all pop-ups (high), and I removed all cookies, temp. files, etc. I scanned my computer for anything malicious, and ran HijackThis.

PCHell has a fix, but I didn't have the files it said to delete.

Well, there are a few ways to block the content, which also usually blocks the pop-ups.

Add the following to your hosts file:

127.0.0.1 Searchfeed.com
127.0.0.1 Zedo.com
127.0.0.1 xads.Zedo.com
127.0.0.1 URL.CPVfeed.com
127.0.0.1 Upsiral.com
127.0.0.1 Searchlocal.ws.

Or, if you want a simpler/easier solution, add each of the domain names above into the 'restricted sites' in your browser. (leave out the 127.0.0.1 of course)

Wow. they are annoying. I keep using control-alt-delete. I almost have to reboot because it takes over the whole page.

Had to shut down the computer this time. Control, Alt, Delete when used twice shuts the computer down. I liked it better when it was Mingle2.com Now its Zedo.com. Does Zedo have a dating site, too?

It wasn't just on Mingle. Zedo has a nasty tracking cookie or something new it seems.
