Do men prefer long or short hair on women? Why? I'm just curious...

My guess is most don't care as long as it's an attractive style and looks good on the woman. Although I did have one guy who was very honest about the fact that he wouldn't date me unless I grew my hair out. That was when I had Halle Berry short hair.

Whatever makes them feel comfortable. I have no preference. I have dated a girl before who only had like 1/2 inch hair.

I like mine long enough to ponytail. Once it gets to my arse, I cut it. Otherwise I get headaches. It's mid way down my back right now. It gets too flat if I keep it short.

I prefer long hair but know a few girls who look gorgeous in short. I think it comes down to, guys like women who look "feminine", the more the better. Long hair = more girly girl looking rather than more butch style I guess you can say. People in general also prefer straight hair as opposed to curly (men, women, children).

Long hair. I was dating a girl who had short blond hair. When she would ( trying to put this delicately ) perform oral. She looked like Dennis the Menace. Totally wrong visual for the moment. It got to the point where we couldn't have sex because all I could hear in my head was "Ohhhh Mr. Wilson!". She was offended, but I can't help I want a lady to look like a lady and not a boy.

I've heard it said a woman's hair should always be longer than her mans... so I keep mine long, it gives me more options
