It's a flasing headline on Fox News website. There isn't and article yet and as soon as I can find one I will post it.

God damnit people this is the second incident today. We are under attack. More has happened on our soil under Obama then any other President sice WW2. It might help if you don't have so many openings and firings in the intelligence communities. Doesn't help that you have a staff of idiots and wimps. It doesn't help that you are a coward. Damn you Obama.

[Updated at 8:17 p.m.] The John F. Kennedy International Airport terminal that was evacuated because of a bomb threat Sunday has been reopened, according to a spokesman with the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey.

[Updated at 7:56 p.m.] Authorities expect to reopen soon a John F. Kennedy International Airport terminal that was evacuated Sunday because of a bomb scare, according to a spokesman with the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey.

The terminal was evacuated after authorities received an anonymous call at about 5:40 p.m., Port Authority spokesman John Kelly said. The caller warned of a bomb at the terminal.

Just before that, a Port Authority officer noticed an unattended bag in the terminal. Out of an abundance of caution, the terminal was evacuated, Kelly said.

Authorities checked the bag and determined it had no bomb, CNN's Susan Candiotti reported.

[Posted at 7:23 p.m.] A terminal at New York's John F. Kennedy International Airport was evacuated Sunday evening because of a bomb scare, CNN affiliate WABC-TV reported.

Passengers and workers at the airport confirm that the terminal was evacuated. Hazmat trucks are also on the scene.

All's I can say, love him or hate him President Bush didn't put up with any of this crap. He brought pain to whoever messed with us, and this wouldn't fly under his administration.

Yes, lets keep blaming someone for all the 'bad stuff'..it couldn't have anything to do with the blood thirsty, eye for an eye, violent,
hateful, vengeful, media driven, power driven, greed driven society and life style we have created....

I'm not saying that but Obama needs to bring the hurt to these guys. We know where senior AQ and Taliban leadership are hiding, the remote warzistan region of Pakistan and what do they do? Little Predator strikes. That is like giving a whale a tic tac for bad breath. We could deal a major blow to the Taliban and AQ by doing a surge in that region.

Then next on to Iran for Bin Laden........

He also brought pain to a lot of people who didn't mess with us. And he brought us the bankster and Government Motors bailouts. =)

to what guys? do you even know who called the threat in?

and yes you're right Bush did bring pain to those respon....oh wait he attacked the WRONG COUNTRY! i guess if Obama did this you would feel much better.

to date there have been 5,521 American deaths in Iraq, but that does not count the (U.S.)civilians or the "for hire" forces. there have been, since 2005 over 47,000 (Iraqi)civilian deaths....yes he did bring the pain. in numbers too big to ignore!

One more stunning Homeland Security success that's directly traceable to the 'Worldwide Apology Tours' made by 'The UN' since his immaculation ... ev'ybody knows that America jes' be's evil 'n stuff, so we be's deservin' dish'eah comeuppance what we so righteously got comin' - well, that's HIS 'interpretation' of our nation and its' history ... and it's the way he presents us to those who would slit our throat while we sleep. 'Hope' and 'Change' ... right ... this is the price y' pay for it ...

5,521 doesn't compare to the millions that were being slaughtered by Saddam and his sons.

I dont know where one would find RELIABLE numbers about this (did the 'dictator' permit a body count?)

but this is from nytimes
'Since then, Mr. Hussein's has been a tale of terror that scholars have compared to that of Stalin, whom the Iraqi leader is said to revere, even if his own brutalities have played out on a small scale. Stalin killed 20 million of his own people, historians have concluded. Even on a proportional basis, his crimes far surpass Mr. Hussein's, but figures of a million dead Iraqis, in war and through terror, may not be far from the mark, in a country of 22 million people. '

a million in WAR and TERROR,,,,can we guess how many we have killed in wartime?

Right. The NYT. The paper with NO scruples, morals, or conscience. The paper that loves to publish OUR national security CLASSIFIED documents (say 'Daniel Ellsberg'). The paper that has NOTHING good to say about THIS country but loves to praise dictators around the world (say 'Chavez', 'Kim Jong Il', 'Pol Pot', 'Ahmadinejad', 'Assad', 'Hamas', 'Hezbollah', etc). Yeah, what a great and trustworthy 'source'.

As for the 'million' - where'd you drag up that figure? Got a source? Key word: 'WARTIME'. It's a simple equation: We kill THEM or they kill US. I don't care HOW MANY of 'em we need to kill. It's called 'survival'. It's not a difficult equation, and no, I don't equivocate over some 'morality' concerns that make me feel all 'warm 'n fuzzy'. War has only TWO classes of partcipants: WINNERS and LOSERS. I make no bones about wanting us to WIN.

well, that is a marvelous thing about forums and opinions.. people post them (and their supporting 'evidence) from several different points of view. If the information is not supportive of the opinion, of course the source is questionable, because what source on the internet CANT be attacked as potentially biased or insufficient?

So, all I can do is provide my supporting information the same as everyone else does ,,,

but my whole point was that there may not truly be ANY accurate way to know how many died and any source is as reliable or non reliable as the next on this topic. The NY times listed one million COMBINED during war (when death is expected) and terror,,,which is in contrast to a mingler post that Saddam killed MILLIONS (plural).

Se...I don't understand this. When people are actually baiting others with their political remarks about the President of US, thats allowed? It is baiting, it's not actually discussion or comments concerning the welfare of others and how they are faring from said incident, it's a constant put down our president. The bomb threat was just that, but it was bought up to make another remark of someones personal opinion of our leader. And it is insistant, almost every post in this forum is the same. No one else is allowed to have a personal thought in favor of the president without constantly getting attacked with simple favoritism, personal feelings shining through and the inability to be allowed to have the freedom of speech. It's a veruy immature forum and personally, I feel, the President is constantly under attack here. For once we were making excuses for the OP.

that doesn't take away from the fact that he attacked the wrong country. and why don't you go tell that to all of the families that not only lost members, but also the ones that have to deal with their sons and brothers coming home minus limbs or minus eyesight.

if your argument is that Bush attacked them and they have not come here to terrorize us, it has no merit, since they (the Iraqi's) are not the ones who showed up here on 911.
