The sad truth is, many men are afraid of women. A few hundred years ago, the Catholic church would put outspoken intelligent women to death as heretics.

Ok..well this might be true to a certain degree ..but I really don't think the reason the men are afraid of women, because the Catholic church doesn't put them to death anymore.

Boy after reading some of these posts I got to say some of you women have your heads up your... well you know where the sun does not shine. Same for you guys out there! (just being fair!)

First of all this is the year 2010 not 1810, not 1910, not 1010! If a woman does not speak her mind to me I am not reading it. I am not a mind reader. I am sick of all the half azzed signals women like to throw around. We are supposed to make the first move and read your little hints? COME ON! Who do you think you are kidding? US men have to show interest? Hell, I have been made to jump through so many god damn hoops I feel like a poodle short of the curly fur all over my body! And then I get told she is dating another guy?

I gave up making the first move. I got tired of the double standards and "I just want to be friends" crap I get hit with becasue when I get sexually aggressive suddenly the woman circling me with her tail over her back suddenly begins dragging it tight between her (booty, booty, booty, booty, booty) butt cheeks. Women want aggressive men? Sell it somewhere else! Damn near every single time I get aggressive I suddenly am getting a ruler across my knuckles.

I am not playing the "Game" any more by everyone else's rules. Women, Speak up or fuque off! Period. Quit living in the past and quit holding us men to an OLD yard stick! Nobody likes Hypocrites and that is part of the reason so many relationships fail! People are too busy with the games they play and forget what living is all about!

Once upon a time I was a nice guy. Now I am a nice guy with a turtle shell!

Also SHAME ON MEN WHO SUCK UP TO THIS BS! GROW A BACKBONE!

Life is too short for this BS!

Bitter, party of one! How's that attitude working out for you? Both men and women need to get over the idea that it's one or the other's job to show interest. If you're interested, let the other person know.

And it's certainly not just women who "toss out the green light" only to change their minds.

Not bitter! Just done with the BS and the games!

I will be the first to admit life is not fair.

Doesn't mean I have to put up with being treated unfairly!

MANY MANY women treat men unfairly. To many women we are a security blanket and not a person. To those women get over yourself.

To the rest...

I agree. Many women don't treat men fairly. But, it's the same the other way as well. And no, you should not have to put up with being treated unfairly. Not all women are like that. And like I said earlier, I don't think all men are like the ones I've encountered recently either.

Not that we know of anyway.

I have a very complicated and somewhat unbelievable story of the reason the male population fears the female population but it involves aliens and the Draconian Empire ruled by a ruthless Queen.

This fear may very well be is in our genetic makeup and cellular memory.
