Does anyone pay attention to the ads in the margins here?

I just saw one, hosting a picture of, what looked like an 18 year old girl, but her posted age was 55!

I know why a woman might pose as somewhat younger.

...but can someone EXPLAIN to me whatever would prompt a woman to advertise that she's OLDER?

Google ads...you're better off just wondering. No, but really, it is some other dating site competing with the market, they make the ads to appeal to a certain crowd and Google hosts them. Mingle is just a host of Google ads so we get everything, AdSense is tricky sometimes...I keep getting rehab ads on my blogs. I think they know something... *smile*

Sometimes the ads are pretty funny...it depends on what thread you are in, the ads coincide with it.

But I don't want to be older...

AhHa! I suppose Google is advertising to the 50 plus men...who want to date women that look 18, without feeling like perverts by actually dating 18 year old women.

I get ads for Porsche and Evinrude on web hosting site.

There have been some truly wonderful ads on this site:

-- Gay Bear Dating (still not sure how they use a computer, though)

-- The pumpkin-head guy who showed up around Halloween one year, and then just kept showing up sporadically at other times of the year, proving that, if you wear a pumpkin on your head, it's hard to keep track of the calendar

-- Summercusp (she waved to me all the time)

-- The ad for the site that claimed "You have 26 messages in your in-box" even though you never had an in-box because you never used that site because you didn't want to pay $29.99 a month to get 26 messages from the same scammer every day

-- "Insane Lumberjacks with Ebola Dating" -- I like the more specialized sites, they have a certain intimacy about them....

Nope I install ad blocker so i don't see any ads at all kind of like it that way

not any more baby! Today, those moms are hawt and desirable...like a sports car!

Younger chicks are having to face the fact that older women aint gonna just stay home in sweat pants and do nothing more exciting than watch E.R or Grey's Anatomy while slopping down a bucket of Haagen Daaz.

Hell, young chicks dont even have a catchy acronym like M.I.L.F....I would be suprized if there aint actualy some out there TRYING for that image.

i think? it runs or cycles - the ads off keywords in the topics..unsure,but it seems that way.

I usually just block the ads so I don't have to see them anymore.
