I know I have a strong personality (more so in real life) and that can be a good thing and sometimes a bad thing. Is a strong personality intimidating? Hell no, love it myself. |

it can mean different things to different people. I describe it as assertive, whether it's actions or feelings.

when it's working right, it's a stalemate, and a compromise.

I know I have a strong personality (more so in real life) and that can be a good thing and sometimes a bad thing. Is a strong personality intimidating? no, strength is not intimidating,,,,to me anyhow its how one defines strength though, because I see it as a combination of confidence and humility and knowing when to apply each,,, |

Men have told me they are intimidated by me.....all 5'2" of me, I have been called spunky, as well. Ah well, still cannot figure how all 5'2" of me can intimidate a 6' man but lol I apparently do.

IMO (for what it's worth) a strong personality is the opposite of shy or laid back or timid
does this help any? |

depends on the person. Some are and some are not Depends on what the society calls good and what the society calls bad. |

IMO (for what it's worth) a strong personality is the opposite of shy or laid back or timid does this help any? Err...I've met a few people that are shy or laid back and still have a killer personality. Strenght=Best, at least that is how I viewed it. Not that it bothers me if they are not shy or laid back, just showing a generalization fault. |

I don't know if it's bad or good. I have one, and I intimidate a lot of people. Can't help it, so no use worrying about it.

People generally cannot deal with others who have a strong personality because of their lack of confidence.

Ohhhhh. This is a tough one. Since I am introverted, quiet, meek and bashful it is hard for me to judge. But when people with strong personalities are around I pee on myself a lil bit.
