I think when another person is intimidated by ANYTHING in life, whether it's someone's strong personality or asserting themselves in an overwhelming situation, they are always going to be anxious.

Submissive people, unless they chose to redirect their stance, usually defer to a strong personality or a daunting circumstance.

I guess what I am saying is, if you are a strong personality, own it BUT don’t be a bully and steamroll people either. There is a difference!

I am firm and out-spoken. If anyone is offended by me, I deem that as their issue. I never try to hurt anyone's feelings; however, some people wilt if you look at them cross-eyed!

K, I have been told many times that I am strong and intimidating. Imagine that, all 4 foot 11 in, 100lbs of me. I used to feel badly about it and worry about the way I am perceived. But I just am who I am. I have a huge heart and if people don't want to get to know me because of their perceptions, I say screw em.
