I have made a decision to not include M2 friends on my facebook because of the type of community organizing I have been involved with lately. I have deleted those that were friends off and do not approve requests.
Are you upset when an M2 person doesn't accept your facebook friend request? Do you just keep your facebook for family and friends? Or is it another means to socialize and you have lots of M2 friends there? |

That's what I am thinkin'.... cause I have been getting tons of requests lately... even from people I don't normally chat with on M2. |

 I think I have only 5 friends from here on my facebook and its only because I talk to them on a regular basis. I've denied others from here as well so no worries.

I just removed friends from my FB list...some are from mingle, some not. I have no issues, problems with any of them, there is just no communication between us so really no need to just sit there and add up numbers...I hope I didn't seem like a jerk either by removing some, or offend or hurt anyone's feelings. Just don't need to rack up numbers. I have seen where I have been removed from some also...it's alright.

I am losing quite a few of my friends from here due to the "element" they say is here that they do not like. Nothing I can do about that.
As for facebook, these two sites do not inter mingle at all. Most of my friends on facebook are game related....Farmville. |

Shshsh I need to get on FaceBook just so I can say that I'm offended........
 Actually the only reason I had myspace was due to family and real close friends only. Not into the racking up the numbers.... I don't even ad them to my friends list here unless I actually talk to them within e-mail or on the forums....
And heck I talk to several that are not on the list.... I don't need a list to know who my friends are....

I agree Kristi.. If they delete me they have a reason or they're not a friend... I won't lose sleep over it...
I have 2 facebooks.. One for my family b/c they're well real straight and narrow... And then there's the one for my friends b/c they're crazier than me..  j/k it's pretty much a tie...

i wont ever create a myspace or facebook account....if i want to talk to someone i will just call/text/or email them....i dont trust those sites at all

I have 2 accounts there too. One for family and one for online friends. I'm like Joy....gotta keep the nuts away from the family and the nutty family away from the friends
But I'm picky about who is a friend. If someone can't respect it, then that is not my problem. I respect the reasons (whether I like it or not) of others as well. So tanyaann....I won't beat ya down too bad

same here, I only really made a page to keep up with certain artists and their events/concert dates,,etc,,
and then family and old friends started to find me,,,,lol but its really just more of a hobby than something that Im truly 'into' Im pickier about my Mingle friends actually,,lol |

I never notice when someone deletes me as a friend, of course I usually don't care either, curious, sure...but they have their own reasons and who am I to judge them? Besides, the only time I visit Facebook for the most part is when I update my blog.
