The cops must love me, because they always want to talk to me about one thing or another.

One time the fire marshal came to my house because my neighbor/friend lit his other neighbor's bike on fire which set his garage on fire, and then he actually ran from a fire truck. This is all on a snowy Christmas Eve in Michigan. I hope you find that mental image as hilarious as it was in real life.

So the fire marshal comes and my girlfriend at the time is there. She wasn't the sharpest cookie, and even though she hadn't done anything wrong she decided to give them a fake address. The fire marshal looks up and just starts laughing and tells her, kindly, "That street doesn't even exist. Just tell me where the hell you live, kid."

Me and some mates were out and one of my mates got into a fight with some guy that would not leave one of our female friends alone, this put my mate in a bad mood!
as we left later that night I was making jokes trying to cheer him up.
we left other mate at kebab van, walking down middle of the road joking and laughing
I shouted at a taxi to get out the road as we were walking there, laughing and joking as you do. as we inched over to pavement a cop comes running up to us shouting.
We stop to find out what’s up and cop starts on me about aggressive behaviour?
This was not the case as were still laughing and the taxi driver waves as he’s leaving. I didn’t want my mate around a cop in his mood so I started to walk away dragging mate with me, Mr lovely smiley face cop follows us and kept getting right in my face so I stopped! I figured he is just being a jobs worth so I let him tell me off as if I was five, finally he’s finished and we get to the taxi rank! I sat on one of them newspaper boxes waiting for taxi line to go down my mate gets in queue, as I sat there I was swinging my legs back and forth watching people as any good people watcher would do my mate gets into a fight with some of the other taxi queuing public, I see the officer coming over and I am ready to jump down and pull my mate out of there but the officer ignored the queue and continued to me.
Officer then starts on at me saying he is going to arrest me for damage to private property because I was kicking the news box, at this I looked down to see the damage and just laughed in his face and asked him what damage!
The fight in the queue breaks up and my mate comes over to see what was happening, with a light cigarette my mate starts arguing with the officer point his cigarette inches from his face swearing a blue streak at how corrupt this officers is and nothing the officer ignores him, minuets after that the officer arrested me for drunk and disorder, I asked for a breath test and was ignored when we got to the station I asked for another again I was ignored
Funny thing about that was I have not drunk alcohol for about 14 years

Cops have always been super cool to me. Whether arresting me or just questioning me, they always show me the respect that I show them.

Note....I haven't even been pulled over in the past 17 years.

yeah, cops are like the rest of society,, some are cool and some are bum holes

Ive encountered both.

I've encountered some A''hole cops, some really decent cops, and some just trying to do their jobs and fill their quota.
