I speak very little, but the family loves it. many of the younger cousins know a little English, but they are shy when it comes to speaking it. they love that I at least try and that I have learned a lot since the last rime I was here and that I learn more everyday. as for "Los", I don't know what that means and my translator won't work without the correct spelling. . . . |

"Whats going on" , or soemthing similiar to it. So you're there visiting family then ??? Sounds like fun.I cant wait til I can go one day in the not so distant future.I learn a few words here and there from my friend Sabrina and she teaches her lil kids as well. |

I did some audio cd learning for a couple of months and I know some that I've picked up here and there. I've also got some great apps on my iPod that help me learn. I lived over here for a few years as a todler so I learned English and German as a kid. I forgot most of it when we moved back to the states when I was 4. it helps to have that foundation though. and if you are someone who likes to think and analyze things, you can start to put things together once you recognize patterns. it's helped me out a great deal. . . . |
