"There is no good guy and there is no bad guy. Its just you and me. And we just disagree."

Part of a song but it can discribe some relationships I think. Ever been acquainted with this type of relationship with someone? I forgot who wrote the song. CRS kicking in today.laugh

I think that song phrase often rings turn at the end of a lot of relationships.

We always want the other person to be the bad guy.

However, my former boss told me something once about a past relationship. Just because things didn't work out for you and him, doesn't mean that he wouldn't be perfect for someone else. Yes, it was a bad relationship and he didn't treat you right. But someone else may come along and they may be perfect for each other.

Yep. Been there. Done that. Best thing to learn in life is when to walk away from something and when to recognize sometimes relationships just don't have anything in 'em worth saving. To plagiarize another song's lyrics, we gotta 'know when to fold 'em' ...

When I left my wife of 26 years...The only cd she wanted was that one.....We started as the best of friends and we are still best friends, as it should be.

It means were all on equal ground, anything more or less than that is up to you.

Look, in a relationship, when things go bad it can be for a variety of reasons. Loss of interest which leads to infidelity. Perhaps the man or woman is battling an addiction to drugs, alcohol, gambling, etc. Maybe they get together and after about six months realize that what they "thought" they had wasn't exactly...well....what they thought. In some cases, there is a "bad guy", especially when you talk about infidelity. If one person cheats, then that puts a strain on the relationship, and therefore that person is wrong for what they did. Hey, it is what it is, and therefore you can say that there are, in fact, bad guys in a relationship. I have seen first hand how one person's actions destroyed a relationship.

Now, what Tanya said is also true. Hey, sometimes (in the end) couples just do not get along, and both are to blame for it. I am just stating that there are times when one person is, in fact, the "bad guy". Just my opinion though.

Matter and Antimatter Relationships

The thing is.
Were there not ever so slightly more
matter than antimatter, we would not
exist.
So.
I guess the good matter wins.
In the end.
