Funny...I also worked at Chicken HeII...

My assistant manager was a drunken cow who would trash me every second of the day. The woman knocked me into the fryer, burning my arm 3 inches across and blamed me!
So I had found another job and was planning on talking to the manager about it but as soon as I came in she started freaking out about something the cook had done the night before and I hadn't noticed it. She started yelling and called me stupid and I'd finally had enough. I told her to shut her big damn trap and that I was quitting and wished I'd never stepped foot in her horrible building. She started screaming again and I took my uniform off and walked off with the vault keys.
No money, no deposits could be made.
She threatened to call the cops when I dropped them off the next day so I threw em at her head, called her a rabid town wh*re.

Needless to say I'm no longer allowed in KFC in that town.

Okay I will start this back when I was 19 I started working at a Bar & Sandwich Shop went from Bartender to Assistant Manager. I had worked there for close to a year. There was a concert that was coming to town that the Manager's brother happen to be able to get bottom row tickets to. Well 2 months before the Concert it was all set tickets were bought. The Manager which just happen to live with the Owner was going as well as many of us working there. We had trained a new Assistant for 3 weeks prior to the concert.

All was set for everyone to go all the little extra's had been taken care of just in case there were problems that night. Down to the Owners brother also had another club just down the street just in case there was problems that the new Assistant could not handle.....

One week before the concert on a busy Saturday night I had stopped to take a breather and was looking around to see if everything was okay. When the Manager came up beside me and just as casual as she could said ohhhhhhhhhh by the way I can't let you off the night of the Concert. She said she was afraid the new Assistant could not handle the place. Then in her next sentence she says well since you can't go I will buy your tickets from you since 2 of her family members were coming in that weekend as well so they could go.surprised

I stood there for a moment surprised started laughing and said ohhh how convenient that would be but guess what I'm going to the Concert so ya best fix that problem real fast.......

I waited to see what she was going to do the new schedules were posted on Mondays. Come Monday she had me working that Saturday night...noway noway So I said nothing waited till the day of the Concert called her that morning asked her if she really expected me to come in that night she said yes and offered me what I paid for my tickets. I just laughed at her and said buy them hell I will see you at the concert.

The look on her face when I showed up and my seats were 3 seats away from her was PRICELESS!!!!!!

But the kicker was when the Owner which she lived with found out what had happened for her brother told him the truth what she did. He was sooooooooooooo pissed he made her call me 2 days later and offer me my Job back on my terms............ I actually went back for more money and less hours and worked there another 6 months heheheheherofl rofl rofl rofl rofl rofl rofl rofl rofl rofl rofl roflrofl rofl rofl

In my early twenties I got a job at one of the nicest seafood restaurants in the area. I was there for about 2 months whn going in one night there were a bunch of the waitresses standing inthe lobby. I asked what was up, one said we all were going to take a lie detector test, and the owner did that occasionally. That got my goat, because it made us all look like a bunch of theives in his eyes. I went in, took the test and the owner looks over and says to me, you passed with flying colours. I said you bet your *** I did, I wouldn't steal anything from anyone, especially you. If you don't trust the people you hire, then maybe you shouldn't be in the business in the first place, and I quit. The look on his face was priceless.
Realized no one had ever told him off before about that, he was speechless. Best decision I made with a employer.

I told my dispatcher I'M DONE,,,,,AND IM BRINGING THE TRUCK BACK TO THE YARD...AND I'LL HAND YOU THE KEYS..
He wouldn't answer the door,,so I slid them under his office door.
He was I GUESS,,worried I was going to be mean or something with him..I was just GLAD to say, see-ya, there,,,as it was a bad company.
I worked at a small dinner when I was 16 years old,,and at there grill, behind their main counter,,,on my third day, of working that grill with my back turned AWAY from the follks sitting at the counter,,I noticed many men sitting RIGHT behind me,,,there was many seats on BOTH side of them but THEY,,set RIGHT THERE BEHIND ME.
THEN,,I found out WHY.......slaphead THEY WERE GAY...
So after telling my boss I didn't like them staring at my azz,
I quit,,,saying,,I'll find a REAL RESTAURANT to work at...
