I wonder if this Mosque will have a memorial site to the fallen "Freedon Fighters" who hijacked the Airlinere on 9/11? I am guessing yes. |

Actually, I adhere to the term, know thy enemy. I have read some of his ideologies and listened to some of his hate speeches. But, I suppose his hate is justified. |

It wasn't gunshot splatter. I wonder why that 'fact' is little known,,,,, did one of the half dozen people who were with MLK at that moment tell you personally? |

One, if you run the reel, you will see he has more blood on him than while he was standing. Two, it's common knowledge, (I heard it on the news a couple days after MLK Jr. was shot) and all over the net that he was shunned by most of the others there for doing that. |

Generally, you offer links to support you statements. Why not now? Couldn't miss it. Back then, they wore out news stories like radio stations wore out favorite songs. Every day. Over and over and over. And in black and white TV ta' boot. |

Over and over and over. And in black and white TV ta' boot. Even though King was an adulterer, I still admired him for him standing firm in non-violence and an attempt at uniting folks. Jesse, on the other hand got lots of publicity and fame from Kings death. His being let into the DC inner circle could possibly lead one to suspect Jesse might have been another Judas. HMMMM. How many pieces of gold has he collected since then? But, all that is a bit Having a mosque so close to where muslims attacked us is a way they can laugh at how they are winning. Very pathetic. |

I feel it would be respectful at another spot. I could see how it could cause hard feeling in NY and across the US.

I am all for rebuilding and redeveloping it...but it should be the decision of the community and supported by the laws of the land.
