That joke is an oldie but a goodie  I posted it about a week and a half ago... And I got nothing but negative comments. It's always hard to bring up anything to do with politics without getting an argument. Even when it's a joke... Lol! Since when do people feel such a need to scrutinize soo severely? What happened to enjoying life? I have no hope for this country. i think its a real shame when people think it is wrong for us to protect our border, enforce laws and be willing to allow criminal behavior. Some people need to be re-programmed. IN MY EXPERIENCE... I have found that the only people that want to allow such things, either never suffered from the aftermath of such acceptance, or are completely ignorant/unaware of it. Usually middle to upper class whom are in a lifestyle above the influence of immigrants harming the infrastructure. They may be unaffected now... But it will eventually spread. NOTE: I SAID "IN MY EXPERIENCE" OPINION I'm not saying this as fact... I agree at some point this will come home to roost in a big bad way. |

I grew up in the only white family in an all black neighborhood. I was dealt racism every day... And I was beat down, ridiculed, and hated for no reason other than my color. I was the minority during my upbringing, So I understand both sides of your argument. Yet I have not fallen victim to becoming part of it. I grew up in Detroit... I did not like my life... So guess what I did? I moved, went to school, and improved my life on my own. And I blame no body for my shortcomings but myself. |

this is just another example of what is wrong with this country.
I see enough people on this board complaining about the rich and saying we need to do more to improve the lives of the poor. tax and spend.. force some sort of financial equality.. then in the next breath are advocating that millions of unskilled workers be poured into the already shrinking employment market for unskilled workers.. how the hell is this going to help the poor AMERICANs? people that don't have college degrees.. people that need the landscaping and construction type jobs to earn a decent wage.. the national unemployment average is 9.6%... you know what it is for black americans? 16%.. probably going to almost 18% by the end of the year.. 13.7% for latinos that actually are citizens.. http://www.civilrights.org/archives/2010/01/865-minority-unemployment-rates.html So for those of you that offer nothing more than emotion driven nonsense, it's time to answer the question.. what is it that you really want? Because it is quite obvious that amnesty for millions of unskilled workers is going to cause incredible hardship in the demographics you so desperately want us to believe you give a rats a$$ about. |

The only services an illegal alien may receive is emergency services, the client must either be pregnant with a US citizen or there condition must be life threatening. Post Partum is not offered to the parent. The US citizen is born with the right of a US citizen is eligible for all services necessary for the child. The parental income counts towards child's benefits. So, please leave social services out the equation here. |

To obtain a SS card all I needed was my birth certificate and you can almost get those from a cracker jack box. Once you have a SS card you can get a drivers license and once you have those two in your possession you can get pretty much whatever you need. |
